CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTIFICATION
If you have moved you will want to report your new address as follows:
u Air Products Human Resources Dept: Either call the Employee Help Center at 1-800 272-5442, or mail the information to Human Resources, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., 7201 Hamilton Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18195-1501 This will cover Employee Benefits, Pension services, company mailings, etc. But this notification will not get the information to AirPRO or the Credit Union. Therefore you must notify them separately as follows.
u AirPRO (if a member): You may send an email to: membership@airpro-apv.org with all of the information. Alternatively, write to the "AirPRO Membership" address listed above with all of the information.
